- If we cancel because of weather or unsafe roads: full refund.
- No refund if the aurora doesn’t appear: it’s a natural phenomenon.
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
Frequently asked questions
Are there washrooms during the tour?
It’s a moving tour and washrooms aren’t guaranteed along the way. Some spots have outhouses; otherwise stops are outdoors.
Where do you pick me up?
From your accommodation in or around downtown Whitehorse. If you’re staying further out, send me your location and I’ll confirm.
What if we don’t see the aurora?
We do everything we can to find it, but it can’t be guaranteed. Ask about extra nights.
